IAPM ELECTIONS 2011

Nominations are invited by the Honorary Secretary for the election to thefollowing posts to be elected through postal ballot.
1. President (one post) : Tenure - One year
2. Vice President (one post) : Tenure - One year

The duties of the above post are provided in the Bye-Laws of theAssociation.
•
Every candidate for the post of President and Vice President should have atleast 10 years standing as Life Member ( without interruptions ) and have
served the Association in one or more ways by being an office-bearer, or
being a member of the council or Chapter Chairperson or participating in
Symposium/ Seminar at the Annual Conference or as an Organizing
Secretary/Chairman.

Nominations are to be made on plain paper duly proposed and seconded byMembers who do not owe any membership dues (such as Life Members!). The
nominated member, proposer and seconder should provide their IAPM
Membership Numbers and sign the nomination.
•
The nominated candidate shall provide (1) a letter of consent and (2) a copyof their bio-data (not exceeding one A4 size page) Schedule.
•
Last date for receipt of nominations is : 31 August 2011.•
Last date for withdrawal of nominations is : 26 September 2011.•
Ballot Papers will be dispatched by : 30 Septmber 2011.•
Last date for receipt of Ballot Papers :14 November 2011.•
Ballot Papers will be despatched only to those members who have cleared alldues by
30th June 2011 as notified by the Honorary Treasurer [Part III (Byelawsof the Association under 8 (Election of office bearers) item (viii)]
The Association shall not be responsible for any delays/non-receipt of ballot
papers due to incorrect address/ postal delays or similar circumstances
beyond its control.
Note :
Under no circumstances the candidates should canvas for election byany means.
