18 Year - old male presented with complaint of fever on & off with chills
and generalised edema since 1 and 1 / 2 months
No history of urinary symptoms including burning maturation .
Investigations --
USG --Bilateral hydronephrosis polypoidal lesion mostly on the floor of the bladder .
Operative Findings-

Multiple pinkish , whitish nodules of 1 cm to 2.5 cm . Biopsy taken .
