46 Year - old male presented with complaint of dysuria , burning micturition ,
increased frequency , urgency since 6 months
History of hematuria for 2 - 3 days .
USG - 6.3 x 5.3 mass in urinary bladder
CT Scan -- Heterogeneously enhancing mass involving dome and anterior wall of urinary bladder . Bilateral kidneys normal .
Operative Findings-

Large growth involving dome & anterior wall of urinary bladder with
enlarged bilateral pelvic lymph nodes .
